    How you will impact Ingevity

    • Assist in the creation, evolution and maintenance of the Supply Chain’s training program curriculum based on current and evolving business requirements
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Key Users and key stakeholders to design, develop and deliver learning objects for multiple delivery formats including instructor-led, virtual classroom and web-based training
    • Leverage adult learning model (i.e., ADDIE) in the execution of training, design, development, and Implementation activities
    • Help drive a collaborative, learning culture that engages participants, creates accountability, and drives behavior change
    • Build, facilitate, and coach new employees during the full onboarding process
    • Administer, track, and report training metrics for new and existing employees
    • Interpret data from the training metrics and make changes/adjustments to the training program to continuously improve the training experience
    • Develop project plans and manage projects within schedule
    • Manage assigned work against defined project timelines and report progress periodically to Supply Chain Global Training Manager or other stakeholders
    • Continuously learn new tools, solutions, techniques, strategies, industry trends to maintain high levels of instructional design expertise
    • Identify opportunities and develop approaches to continuously improve the quality of instructional materials
    • Coach SMEs and Key Users on best practice techniques and adopted methods and processes for developing training across a variety of modalities (ILT, WBT, virtual)
    • Assist in the administration tasks related to learning management and learning content management systems (Workday Cloud, SharePoint, uPerform etc...)

    What you need to succeed

    Required Qualifications:

    • BS/BA in business, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or relevant field
    • 3+ years’ experience in learning design, development, deployment and evaluation
    • Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to work independently and complete tasks and deadlines on schedule
    • 3+ years proven leadership in completing project initiatives
    • 5+ years’ experience working with an ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc...)
    • 3+ years’ experience with other systems (i.e. OMP, TMS, etc…)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint)
    • Experience working with at least one or more of the following eLearning development tools (i.e. uPerform, Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Presenter)
    • Experience with supply chain or manufacturing
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented approach and ability to establish rapport quickly and collaborate effectively with all employee levels
    • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in the practical application of the ADDIE model in a corporate education setting
    • Previous experience deploying content via a learning management system (Workday/LMS)
    • Experience developing learning content for international audiences
    • Proven experience in implementing large training implementations with SAP; preferred 3 or more years
