In the end, we know it takes the right people with the right attitude to achieve the improbable. People who understand that there is no challenge too big and no contribution too small. People with the ability to solve and the commitment to stay the course. People who work together to create meaningful impact and exponential results, for our customers and the world around us.
With about 1,500 employees worldwide, we operate in 13 countries and serve customers in more than 100 nations. But no matter where we’re doing business, we do things the right way – with a focus on integrity, sustainability, and positively contributing to the communities in which our employees live and work.
Apply your skills to increase efficiency, reliability and productivity in Ingevity’s manufacturing environment as you own assignments which support production and process engineers. Our Co-ops are challenged to conduct analysis, planning and delivery of meaningful projects which have direct impact on our company’s bottom line. In this role, heavy emphasis is placed on safety and quality impacts, process improvement and troubleshooting. You will gain knowledge and appreciation for reducing environmental impact and maximizing value creation through application of engineering.
Examples of past co-ops projects include: investigate operating performance of various unit operations; design, specify, and install small capital jobs; troubleshoot quality issues; validate raw material quality; improve process safety.
By the end of your assignment, our mission is to have positively impacted your curriculum and career goals in preparation for life after college.
