How you will impact Ingevity

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an integral role in creating a seamless candidate experience.  You will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project coordination.  You will work closely with recruiters, hiring teams and prospective candidates providing interview scheduling, offer preparation, background check and additional talent management duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrates high level of customer service in interaction with candidates and stakeholders
  • Formats job descriptions and manages job postings in Applicant Tracking System
  • Prioritize, organize and manage multiple schedules, routine reports and projects
  • Manages travel vendor and hotel partnerships
  • Assists candidates with travel, interview itineraries and various logistics for onsite interviews
  • Prepares and communicates interview confirmations and interview materials
  • Demonstrates flexibility in response to interview and schedule changes, sometimes requiring on-the-fly responsiveness
  • Sends, receives and processes candidate expense forms in a timely fashion
  • Utilizes attention to detail when creating accurate and professional offer letters for selected candidates
  • Serves as primary point of contact for candidate pre-employment process to include initiation and management of background checks, ordering of drug screens and/or other pre-employment testing as appropriate
  • System Administrator for Applicant Tracking System
  • Develops and customizes weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards
  • Responsible for the organization of vendor contracts and quarterly scorecards
  • Assists with College Recruiting logistics and planning, this may include campus travel
  • Other HR duties as assigned

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to interact with all levels
  • Ability to work well in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to be flexible
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills with the ability to take constructive feedback and learn from it
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a Matrix reporting environment
  • Experience with WorkDay Recruit Strongly Preferred
  • Associate’s Degree Required and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in an HR/Staffing environment preferred
  • Competency with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Powerpoint
