Apply your skills to increase efficiency, reliability and productivity in Ingevity’s manufacturing environment as you own assignments which support production and process engineers. Our Co-ops are challenged to conduct analysis, planning and delivery of meaningful projects which have direct impact on our company’s bottom line. In this role, heavy emphasis is placed on safety and quality impacts, process improvement and troubleshooting. You will gain knowledge and appreciation for reducing environmental impact and maximizing value creation through application of engineering.
Examples of past co-ops projects include: investigate operating performance of various unit operations; design, specify, and install small capital jobs; troubleshoot quality issues; validate raw material quality; improve process safety.
